Can I bring a guest?

We are so excited to celebrate with all of our family and friends! However, due to venue limitations, we kindly ask that only those named on your invitation attend. Please reach out if you have any questions about +1s.

Are children invited to attend?

While we love your little ones, we have decided to have our wedding weekend be an adult-only occasion. We hope this advance notices means you are still able to share our big day!

When should I RSVP?

Kindly RSVP at your earliest convenience and no later than Wednesday, April 1, 2026. To RSVP, please visit the "RSVP" tab on our website and fill out the online form or reach out to us directly.

How can I book my stay?

Upon receiving RSVPs, Serena and Jesse will coordinate room assignments across the four country houses, main villa and offsite accommodations. Please expect to spend about $1,000 per room for three nights. If you prefer to stay offsite, please let us know!

When should I arrive and depart?

We encourage guests to arrive on Friday, September 5th early afternoon and depart on Monday, September 7th in order to enjoy the full festivities. Please note that accommodations on-site are a fixed three night stay.

Should I rent a car?

We highly recommend renting a car if possible, as it will be give you more flexibility during your stay. Parking will be available on site.

Meals

We are excited share meals with everyone Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday afternoon! Every morning, boxed breakfasts will be delivered to all guests staying in the Country Houses and there will be a buffet for those staying in the Main Villa.

While the property does not have restaurants on-premise/walking distance, there are restaurants and stores a few minutes away by car. We encourage you to visit a local grocery story on your way to the venue if you’d like to stock up on anything specific.

How can I share my dietary restrictions?

When submitting your RSVP, please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.

Onsite Transportation

Transportation will be provided between the country houses, the main villa, and off-site hotels for the Welcome Party, Ceremony & Reception, and Pool Party. More details to come.

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

The weekend events will include a combination of indoor and outdoor settings, weather permitting. Please note some events will be held on grass so please plan footwear accordingly.
